Nobita and friends find Doraemon sick after the latter allows himself to be infected with a custom-made virus, and enlist the help of Dorami to remove the virus from the inside. Nobita called Dorami for help. But, Doraemon intervened Nobita and friends and began talk crazily, and dance crazily. Dorami said that he was eating a "Gold Dorayaki" and that made Doraemon itself infected by new invention.
