Simply put, it is the outdoor version of the Athletic House gadget that turns an outdoor area into an obstacle course. When the user turns the gadget on with a lever, anyone who is inside the area will be forced to exercise. This gadget can be placed on the ground, rather than installed on the ceiling as seen in The Forceful Athletic House.
