Daburanda (ダブランダー) is the main antagonist in the movie Nobita and the Haunts of Evil and its remake The New Nobita's Great Demon ~Peko and the Exploration Party of 5~.
Appearance[]
Daburanda resembles a dog. He has brown fur, two large black eyes, and two scary fangs coming out of his mouth from the lower jaw. He also has a heavy chin and is mostly seen wearing royal clothing.
Personality[]
Daburanda is evil and can go to any lengths just to achieve more power. He can also plot and execute his evil schemes smoothly.
Story[]
Daburanda was formerly one of the ministers of Kuntakku's father, who was a king of Bauwanko. With his high ambition, he wanted to rule the world outside the Bauwanko with high technology. 5,000 years ago he planned to kill the king in the day Kuntakku and Spiana were getting married. When he heard that the king was killed, Kuntakku ran to the king's room but it was too late. His father (as a king) passed away. Daburanda commands the soldiers to capture Kuntakku and fall down the stream that connects to the world outside (2014 movie) or the soldiers can capture Kuntakku but he pushes himself in the chest to fall down the stream to the world outside (1982 movie and manga.) After coming back with Doraemon and his friends he meets Chippo who is about to be captured by Balderry and Bernard. Chippo tells Kuntakku Daburanda is planning to rule the world with the wise dog, Professor Kos and planning to kill Kuntakku. After Kuntakku rescuing Brus they are hiding somewhere to prevent the Baburanda's soldiers capture. After that, they all are heading to the giant statue but stuck by Kos' trap. Shizuka promises she will keep the promise to save themselves, so they all can overcome Daburanda's force. Unfortunately, he is about to kill Spiana since she refuses to marry him, but get captured by Kuntakku.
