The Dividing Blade is a gadget belonging to Doraemon. It appears in the 1979 and 2005 anime episodes Half, and Half, and Half Again.
Function[]
It allows the user to divide anything into two or more pieces by cutting it with the sword. For example, if you cut a television in half the one television will become two televisions that are noticeably smaller.

- Nobita seems to abuse this gadget to avoid harm.his main body, and gets smaller in the progress (blade included).
