Unlike Doraemon: Nobita's Great Battle of the Mermaid King, the manga version of the movie were first seralizied in CoroCoro Comics at September 14 before the movie were released on 6 March 2020. No quick information were known. In the promo of the manga version of this movie, the 5 main characters were wearing the army suit, meaning an hint.
