Doraemon Wiki

Doraemon no Eawase Montage is an unreleased virtual slots arcade game that was developed by Sunsoft, and planned to be released in 1993. The game was unknown to the public until a prototype PCB was found and substequently dumped.

The game has three slot wheels, that each have part of a main character's face.  After inserting a coin, the three slot wheels will start to spin.  Each wheel can be stopped by pressing a corresponding button.  Depending on how many parts of the stopped slot wheel match, the player will earn a different amount of points.

Matching Parts Points Earned
All Three 4
Top & Middle 3
Bottom & Middle 2
Top & Bottom 1
None 0

The goal is to get ten points by matching up these slot wheels within three attempts, which will cause the jackpot to occur.

  • This is the first Doraemon game to get cancelled, as well as the only cancelled Doraemon game to have a playable ROM dump available.
  • According to MAME, Doraemon no Eawase Montage runs off of the same hardware (or at least very similar hardware) as the arcade version of the Romstar game, Championship Bowling.
