Doraemon sees Nobita, who was practicing to move a 10-yen coin with all his might to become an Esper, and takes out "Esper Boushi". On the other hand, Nobita says, "I want to be a real Esper!" And rarely uses secret tools.
Nobita, who was laughed at by Doraemon, started practicing in a vacant lot, but was ridiculed by Gian and Suneo, and became feverish because of his annoyance. Doraemon feels sorry for Nobita, and in order to rebuke Suneo, he sprays Nobita's body with a "cleaning lacquer" that can erase the sword.
When they head to Suneo's house, they move the cup in front of Suneo and try to make him think that he is Esper. Suneo, who was completely interested in it, decided to go outside and try various things.
In addition, Gian, who saw Suneo move the clay pipe, believes that Suneo is Esper. Suneo, who was in good shape, tried to use his supernatural powers one after another ...! ??

Smiliar to one of the 2005 anime episodes "The Dream Director's Chair", this is the one of the episode where Doraemon and Nobita uses a gadget to interfere with Suneo's life. However, unlike the previous one where mentioned, it succeded.
