Full of Big Dorayaki (Japanese: へやいっぱいの大どらやき Heya-ippai no dai dorayaki) is an episode of 2005 anime series. It first aired in TV Asahi on November 9, 2019.
Mom doesn't allow Nobita to drink juice anymore, so Nobita has to go back to his room to rest. Suddenly he sees Doraemon using a huge machine and asks what it is. Doraemon quickly puts it in his pocket and tries to hide it, but Nobita takes out the Dorayaki to lure. Doraemon has to take out the tool he just used and gives many examples of using bacteria in life. So Nobita asks if it is possible to create bacteria in water to turn it into juice, and Doraemon says it is possible. Doraemon says he wants to create bacteria that "synthesize Dorayaki with water", then puts on a mask and takes out the newly developed bacteria, and puts water, paper scraps, nails, plastic bags, and rags into the bacteria to find out the purpose of the bacteria, but there is no reaction. Instead, the Dorayaki places next to it disappeares when it touchs this bacteria. Doraemon wants to destroy this Dorayaki-destroying bacteria, but Nobita keeps it. So far, Doraemon has created 388 kinds of bacteria, but he has not been able to research a useful bacteria, so he goes outside to change his mood. Nobita takes the opportunity to use the machine, but the bacteria he creates almost all fail. At this time, a fallen leaf floats onto one of the box of bacteria and dissolves into water. Nobita tastes the water and finds it was sweet. Nobita then finds many leaves to make a lot of sweet water to give to his friends, naming it "Nobita Juice". He also turns candy into super chili candy, rubber bands into rotten noodles, boogers into truffles, the zero-mark test paper that he wants to destroy the evidence into an iron plate that he cannot destroy, pine cones into smelly matsutake mushrooms, and marbles into exploding popcorn. After returning to his room, Nobita discovers that one of the box of bacteria has caused the Dorayaki to grow larger. Doraemon, who has given up hope, buys a large bag of Dorayaki, but when he sees this, he is shocked and says that this kind of bacteria will cause the Dorayaki to expand infinitely in the air, and in serious cases it will crush the earth. When Doraemon is about to destroy the bacteria, the room is almost buried by the Dorayaki, and the two hurriedly escape from the room and block the door. Just as the door is about to burst open, the room suddenly falls silent, and the two enter the room and finds that the huge Dorayaki has been destroyed by the bacteria that can destroy Dorayaki, but the bag of Dorayaki that Doraemon bought also disappears inside.
