Mom's Rock Cave is one of the gadgets owned by Dorami.
Background[]
The gadget is based off the Japanese mythology Amano-Iwato, in which Amaterasu, the goddess of the sun, is driven into the Ame-no-Iwato cave due to the bad behavior of her younger brother Susano'o, the Japanese god of storms, thus depriving the land of light. Dorami uses this basis to get Tamako to enter the rock cave, as she is like the family's "light" and that Doraemon, Nobita and Nobisuke shouldn't take her for granted, and they have to understand the importance of Tamako being around.
Function[]
Being a fourth-dimensional rock cave, the gadget may look cramped on the outside, but it is actually spacious on the inside. The cave serves as a lounge with recliners and greenery with free-flowing food and beverages. The owner's recliner also has a control panel and a microphone to warn others against touching the gadget. It can also release a electric beam at people to prevent others from touching.
