Non-chan (ノンちゃん Non-chan) or Nonko (ノン子 Nonko) is a girl who appeared in the episode The Girl With the Red Shoes. Non-chan was Nobita's childhood friend.
History
Nobita and Non-chan used to play together until the day Gian and Suneo teased Nobita about Non-chan which made him angry and he got mad at Non-chan and took one of her shoes, leaving her very sad. Nobita wanted to apologize but Non-chan and her family had already moved to America. Later, Nobita went back in time using the Time Machine and he used the Time Furoshiki to make himself younger and apologized to Non-chan before she left, this made Non-chan happy and she gave Nobita her other shoe.
Trivia
- Non-chan strongly resembles Miyoko Nonohana from Kiteretsu Daihyakka, another manga created by Fujiko F. Fujio.
- Non-chan hasn't appeared in any further episodes, possibly because she moved to America.
- Her father is American.
