Once in a While, Nobita Can Think, Too is an episode of the Doraemon 2005 anime.

Plot[]

The exam is coming up, and Nobita complains to the teacher that if he gets 0 points again, he will be sent to kindergarten. This time, Doraemon doesn't help him. His mother asks Nobita to buy a light bulb, but he refuses. Doraemon takes out the "Capability Cassette" to help Nobita buy a light bulb. After that, Nobita installs the "Mathematician" tape, which is considered to have completed his homework and passed the exam. He also writes a lot of Japanese vocabulary and draws a picture that seems to have Mount Fuji on it, and the style is very similar to Van Gogh. Nobita deliberately steals the tape and uses it to play baseball, perform magic, sing, break a cement pipe with one punch, and teach Gian and Suneo a lesson. Unexpectedly, Nobita uses the "Thinking Person" tape to think deeply. Finally, when Nobita finishes thinking, he chooses to return the tape to Doraemon. Doraemon says, "It's really rare."
