When others are displayed this item, they will become hypnotized and ignore or even endorse all misdeeds the user performs. This doesn't apply to the user, however.

- Due to its inherent vile properties, Doraemon planned to destroy it at some point.
- It was one of the only gadgets not given to Nobita by Doraemon, as he obtained it when rifling through Doraemon's pocket.
