Popcorn Hat, known as Popper Topper in the English dub, is a gadget that is a hat with a white and red stripe and at the top there is a blue cover.
Function[]
This gadget turns people's anger into heat energy to cook popcorn. When someone is angry, the user can use this hat and put it on whoever is angry. The person's anger will transfer to heat and the hat will pop out popcorn, also causing the person to calm down. Different people's anger makes different flavored popcorn which depends on how often their anger is or based on their own cooking skills such as Gian. Nobita, Suneo's popcorn tastes normal, Nobita's mother's popcorn is pretty spicy, Gian's popcorn tastes like his own stew and other things he cooked, which taste awful, and Kaminari's popcorn is arguably the best popcorn tasted.
But if the wearer is angered to the limit, their anger would build up and end up producing a lot a popcorn. But unfortunately, every piece would be burnt to a crisp.
