Tame-kun enrolled in Nobita's school as a transfer student. His test score were worse than Nobita's and Nobita won the footrace against him. But when Nobita realizes his over-confidence may lead to him hurting Tame, he must do something before Tame ends up beaten by Gian and Suneo.
