The Rumored Nobita is an episode of the Doraemon 2005 anime. It is an anime original episode, but is partly based on A Rumor Without Root from the 1979 version.
Nobita makes rumors about himself and spreads them around town. But not only does he have to go undercover as a result of becoming famous from the rumors, but also have to fend himself off from someone who plans to make use of his rumored skills to create a secret weapon.
