Thrill Ticket is a gadget that allows the user to feel an "excitement" by creating a situation that causing the user to become extremely shocked (usually based on the user's fear).

True to its name, Thrill Ticket is a set of tickets with tickets of various level inside it.
Function[]
The user simply tears off the ticket to start the gadget's function, with higher "!" mark means higher "thrill". There are total of 4 (5 in the anime) tickets in the package.
